MISSION STATEMENT
The Middle River Recreation Council is a non-profit, 501 ( c ) (3) working in cooperation with the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks to provide leisure activities and facilities, which are safe, affordable and fun for ages youth thru adult.
