Chesapeake Bay Memories

Chesapeake Bay Memories Charities is dedicated to providing public access to experiencing the Baltimore County waterfront and multi-faceted significance of the Chesapeake Bay to encourage preservation through education.

Who We Are

Chesapeake Bay Memories Charities (FEIN: 41-2062179) is a 13 year old all-volunteer run Eastern Baltimore County based 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable education organization.  We serve and strengthen the community through our high-caliber hands-on Chesapeake Bay watershed-focused educational, leadership, and community outreach programs afloat and ashore for youth ages 8 to 18.

During the past thirteen years, Chesapeake Bay Memories Charities has benefited over 25,000 local children through participation in our Chesapeake Bay stewardship and youth leadership programs.

Our Mission - Preservation through Education

We're continuing to enthusiastically further our mission to ensure people are aware of Baltimore County's waterfront amenities while we enable access to sharing, experiencing, & understanding the Bay's multi-faceted significance hands-on, so more people become passionate & responsible stewards of our region's precious Chesapeake Bay.
We are committed to ensuring that challenges don't prevent children from experiencing and learning hands-on about the Chesapeake Bay AND realizing their full potential.

TOGETHER, we can ensure everyone is aware of the importance of Baltimore County's waterfront amenities and EVERY child has access to sharing, learning, experiencing, and understanding the Chesapeake Bay watershed's educational, historical, cultural, environmental, economic and recreational significance hands-on. Let's work together to prepare our future community leaders!
